The Omicron CMC 356 is a versatile and powerful universal relay test set capable of testing all generations and types of protection relays. With six independent current sources delivering up to 64 A per channel in three-phase mode (860 VA per channel), the CMC 356 handles high-burden electromechanical relays that demand significant power.
Ideal for testing electromechanical and static relays on older substation infrastructure. Includes Test Universe software and is IEC 61850 capable with optional GOOSE module. Slightly lower output than the CMC 500 but at a better daily rate for appropriate applications.
